I got a second mac and I needed to get it set up with my previous developer profile.
The Accounts Setup dialogs are different in 8.3. Which is what threw me off.
I struggled a little bit an accidentally deleted the Personal Team keychain for the Team Developer (Personal Team).
After some trial and error I finally was able to export my old developer profile, and import it into xcode.
So I do have a Personal Team set up now but its the one from my old machine.
I currently have this when I click on J___H____ (PersonalTeam) and choose Manage Certificates
ios Dev Cert CreateDate Status
CMC macbook pro . creator1 . 4/14/17 . Not In KeyChain
rfessss ceator2 . 12/6/16 (This is my old personal team cert from old machine I imported)
I wanted to delete the (rfessss) Personal Team iPhone Developer certificate and use the one from my new mac instead (CMC macbook pro).
So I can right Click on rfessss and delete the certificate. I then logged off of xcode and logged back in.
I select J___H____ (PersonalTeam) and choose Manage Certificates.
When I Click on the + button and choose iOS Development.
It gives me the error - You already have a current iOS Development Certificate or a pending certificate request.
From this link: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29701062/xcode-6-3-you-already-have-a-current-ios-development-certificate-or-a-pending
Your error is talking about a previously generated certificate or request. You can only have one development certificate per developer. You either have one, or you've requested one and someone has to approve.
That's what's happening here.
Do you have any reccommendations on how I could start over and get around the error You already have a current iOS Development Certificate or a pending certificate request.
What I want to really do is:
ios Dev Cert CreateDate Status
CMC macbook pro . creator1 . 4/14/17 . Not In KeyChain . #1 Get this one valid.
rfessss ceator2 . 12/6/16 #2 Delete this one as personal team cert.
