Bug - Can't submit my agreement on the account section

hey guys,


i think there is a bug in the account page for signing up a dev account, the submit button: https://gyazo.com/6b9d8c7fd02d51475eb967449e3422d9


After clicking submit button, i think it just won't load. Tried it on another browser, still the same issue.


Is there any way to fix this?

Using Safari/macOS as an example, try clearing cookies/caches, then go again.
