Xcode 16.1 beta $ 16 beta 5 hangs at the agreement page

Hi there,

I'm currently on the Sequoia 16.1 dev beta and I also downloaded the XCode 16.1 beta. But when i freshly opened it, it gives me the agreement page, I clicked "Agree", it pops up the ask for fingerprint, and it just hangs there forever. No matter how many times I press "Agree" nothing happens. The exact same thing happens for 16 beta 5

I had the same issue and I have just discovered why it happened.

If XCode Beta is downloaded to a folder within your iCloud, you need to move the application file to Applications folder on your Mac.

After this action, when I run the program, I was able to pass the agreement pop-up.
