TIC TCP Conn Error?

I am asked by my client to find the solution of the issue that the app has TIC TCP Conn errors after updated from iOS 10.2 to 10.3.

Since this app is not my product (other vender developped), I have no idea what is wrong.

The symptom is no commutication between app and the server.

The long log was given to me by my client and I attach the part of them as follow;

Apr 24 11:32:04 senri-no-iPhone Hoko-Padi(CFNetwork)[1757] <Notice>: TIC TCP Conn Start [44:0x17019f3b0]

Apr 24 11:32:05 senri-no-iPhone Hoko-Padi(CFNetwork)[1757] <Notice>: TIC TLS Event [44:0x17019f3b0]: 2, Pending(0)

I can show all the log if required. Please let me know if that is the case.

And also, there are a lot of "kCLConnectionMessageWatchdog" message in the log.

What does "kCLConnectionMessageWatchdog" mean?

As I am not familiar with commutication process, please help me.

Thanks.

Seems you have a problem with the lcation service :

seen at h ttps://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/161863/what-is-process-locationd

locationd is the daemon process on your iPhone that obtains your location and makes it available to other applications for use

Thank you for your response.

I read linked web page. It seems saying "update the latest iOS version to solve the issue", but the issue I have is caused by updating iOS version from 10.2 to 10.3 which is the latest iOS version.

Could you tell me what action I should take to solve the issue?

Thanks.

In the log, I see line 8 that you have a request pending:

Apr 24 11:32:05 senri-no-iPhone Hoko-Padi(CFNetwork)[1757] <Notice>: TIC TLS Event [44:0x17019f3b0]: 2, Pending(0)

Have you the following lines, to see if the request gets completed (TLS should be an authentication request)

Thank you for your response.

Is this what you are saying?

Apr 24 11:32:05 senri-no-iPhone Hoko-Padi(CFNetwork)[1757] <Notice>: TIC TLS Event [44:0x17019f3b0]: 20, Pending(0)

Apr 24 11:32:05 senri-no-iPhone Hoko-Padi(CFNetwork)[1757] <Notice>: TIC TLS Handshake Complete [44:0x17019f3b0]

Handshake is complete, so this seems to work.

Cannot imagine what's going wrong. Sorry.

Thank you for your response.
