The Messages app is not working in the latest macOS Sequoia 15.0.1. We are unable to send messages or sync them when the VPN/TransparentAppProxy is connected.
It was working fine in macOS 15.0 and earlier.

Yes, we are using a transparent app proxy provider to capture L4 traffic, but while the transparent app proxy is connected, the messaging app is not working on macOS 15.0.1. It works fine on macOS 15 and earlier.

If you have a regression between 15.0 and 15.0.1, that’s definitely bugworthy. Even if this turns out to be a problem with your software, bug fix updates to the OS are meant to improve things.
Did you try 15.1rc yet? If not, please do. And if you tests reveal that the problem persists, I recommend that you file a bug about it. Make sure to call out that the regression happened between 15.0 and 15.0.1.

I tried this on the macOS 15.1 RC build, and it works fine for me. Thanks, will wait for 15.1 public release.
