I've want to install XCode 4.6 on my MacPro but it is running 10.7.5 and can go no higher. How do I download XCode 4.6.3 which is the last version that worked on this MacOS version.

Use the Resources link above, then Downloads, then scroll to the bottom and choose More. Search there.
