Help/App rejected

Hi, I am having a hard time understanding what I did wrong here. My app as a Login screen to authenticate the user, after which they are given to subscribe to either a monthly plan or a yearly plan(auto-renewed). After countless rejection, I guess I am failing to understand. This the message I received from the review team:

Hello,

Thank you for your question.

Regarding guideline 5.1.1, Please note that although App Review Guideline 3.1.2 requires an app to make subscription content available to all the supported devices owned by a single user, it is not appropriate to force user registration to meet this requirement; such user registration must be optional..

Upon further review, additionally we found that your submission does not comply with the following guidelines:

Guideline 2.3.2 - Performance - Accurate Metadata

We noticed your free download app requires users to subscribe prior to accessing content or features, but this requirement is not clearly specified in your app description.

Specifically, your app advertised content, features and functionality that require additional in-app purchases for user access and this information is not clearly indicated in the metadata.

Paid digital content referenced in your metadata must be clearly labelled to ensure users understand what is and isn't included in your app.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please clearly specify payment requirement to access any content or features in the app description.

What is your question ? It seems the reviewer has explained in detail what you need to do (and not do). What else ?

I guess I am failing to understand.

There seem to be two issues; which do you not understand?

Is it this:

Please note that although App Review Guideline 3.1.2 requires an app to make subscription content available to all the supported devices owned by a single user, it is not appropriate to force user registration to meet this requirement; such user registration must be optional..

Or this:

Accurate Metadata We noticed your free download app requires users to subscribe prior to accessing content or features, but this requirement is not clearly specified in your app description.

After the user logged in using their email, they have the option to pay for the subscription to use the app. How is this forcing them to subscribe? They are not being asked to register. To use the app, it is a requirement to pay for it. Is that the issue?

Hello, I am in a very similar position, I have a yearly and monthly subscription model, where the account user has access to additional features, anyone without an account can use the free features, without login. Even with this and extended descriptions, I have the same rejections. I'm not sure what is needed with the metadata in the app, additionally one of my previously approved apps is now rejected because of the metadata issue, but do not know what they expect.

I feel your frustration.
