So, while submitting the app earlier I received the following response about the Metadata from the Apple team:
"The app screenshots still include references to the price of the app or the service it provides, which is not considered an appropriate part of these metadata items."
Earlier, there was one screenshot that mentioned 'Free' along with a feature, so I changed that and any other copy that could have been confusing - even if not directly linked to the pricing.
I'm still getting the same response as I did earlier even after making the update. Another guess of mine is maybe Apple doesn't find it suitable to mention any direct or indirect references to even speed, results, or premium-specific features. e.g. AI writes your captions for you FAST, Score more opens with the perfect email. etc. But I'm not sure since I feel a few of the platforms like Duolingo already do that.
