Dear community,
We are in the process of sunsetting our application, which has already been removed from the App Store. Consequently, Apple has refunded active subscribers for their subscriptions, resulting in a negative balance on our account.
We wish to close our Apple Connect account and settle the outstanding balance with Apple. In response to my inquiry on how to proceed with the payment, Apple provided the following information:
"Due to the discontinuation of content associated with your account, your payments have been paused. We will continue to monitor this account and release your payments once customer refunds have been settled. Please check App Store Connect for payment details."
We would greatly appreciate your recommendations on how to effectively manage this situation, including the process for settling the outstanding balance with Apple and closing our account.
