I would like to integrate the object capture API with a ML model for analysis. So, i will need to get the current frame into CG images for further process.

I need understanding your question. Can you elaborate on your goal? Are you asking if you can access the main camera frames of the Apple Vision Pro? If so, it's possible to access the left main camera frame with an entitlement and an "enterprise APIs for visionOS" license. See Accessing the main camera for more information.
