For the last week or i no longer receive text verification codes from outside sources like my bank, credit card issuers etc. I’m on the iPhone beta testing OS software…

I tried that, but my attempt was deleted because I am using Beta Software from Apple.

Any other ideas?

Issues with beta software should be reported through Feedback Assistant.
