Analyzing recent crash reports for answers - kernel panics are causing Mac to frequently restart

Experiencing frequent automatic restarts on my late 2013 iMac running OS Catalina 10.15.7. Fairly certain that the issue doesn't have to do with my peripherals (external hard drive, flash drives, CD burner) and thinking it's a software issue. Below are the 4 different crash reports I’ve received for OneDriveStandaloneUpdater, Adobe Desktop Service, mds_stores, and mds.

Wondering if anyone has any insights on how to remedy these out of the blue shutdowns based on the crash report info? Thanks in advance...

Hi birdscare,

I have several suggestions in mind:

  1. Uninstall the current version of OneDrive, and install the older version that support macOS Catalina.

  2. Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud using official uninstaller and reinstall it.

  3. Frequent crashes could related to poor/corrupted system management data. I suggest to Reset the SMC.

  4. There might be filesystem error causing the crash. I suggest to Run Disc Utility to check and repair disk errors.

  5. There are conflicting background services/apps. Removing unnecessary ones might help.

I may could continue giving another, but let me know whether those help you.
