I found that I couldn't update my information on membership details. It keeps bring me to this page:

Can anyone please help me with this?

Here's some updates:

I was able to move one step forward where I could submit a "request" to update my membership details (my address). Then there was message told me that I would get response within one business day, but three days past and no response received.
