Apple enrollment cancelled after initially marked as cancelled

I tried twice to enroll on the Apple developer program and on both occasions, my order was cancelled after it was initially marked as completed. I have sent tried to engage the support team but no response from them.

I will appreciate any suggestions that i can use to get this resolved. Thank you.

me too, and it was cancelled without any notification.
