Xcode: Unknown Name

I wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue. We are trying to update our app, but on XCode, there is this error message showing:

Team: Unknown Name (Code).

There is a check in "Automatically Manage Signing".

Normally, Apple provides this information to XCode automatically but this time it seems like it's either not sending it or not receiving it.

If anyone knows what is happening here, any suggestion/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the post and apologies for the delay.

It seems like you developer account is not connected to Xcode, here is a troubleshooting steps that should fix the issue:

  • Verified Apple Developer Account: Please check the Apple Developer account credentials and team ID on Xcode.
  • Cleaned and Derived Data: (Shift + Command + K) and remove the derived data.
  • Quit and Restart XCode: A classic fix.
  • Check Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is essential for signing.
  • Revoke and Re-create Certificates and Provisioning Profiles: Revoke the development certificate and provisioning profile.

Q
