My M2 Pro Mac mini with OSX 14.7 just updated to Swift Playgrounds 4.6.1. Now the :Learn to Code & Build Apps screen is limited in size and can't be zoomed. There is no way to scroll horizontally and I can't view the whole screen.

I am seeing the same problem here. Did you find a solution?
I had this issue, then found out I can scroll left or right by holding shift and using the scroll wheel. I I would have thought there would at least be a horizontal scroll bar you could click and drag, but there's no other way to scroll horizontally that I found. I've never used that to scroll in my life, and I couldn't find anyone else mentioning it in relation to this issue.
