I've been trying for two weeks to sign up for the Apple Developer program. I've tried to pay the $99 but it didnt go off my account. Now my accoun tis in pending mode and there is no response from apple support. I've ogged about 10 tickets over the past two weeks.
Any advice here? I am getting desperate.
Hi jack, I'm having the same issue. This is unfair after paying 99$. I sent several mails and it's impossible to contact with them. Bad for apple and bad for me because I have to delay the release of my game... nice
Hello Jack-Dev, in looking at your email in to our Support team it looks like you should have recently received a response with next steps recommending that you use the Apple Developer app to continue enrollment. Please reply back to the email you received if you encounter any additional issues or have follow-up questions.
Thanks for the responce from Apple. It came to light that registration can only be done on certin hardware/chipsets. I then registered and paid on such a device (iPhone) under a different email. This was also now 4 days ago. After making the payment of $99 the account is still in pending mode and no emails received. Again a support ticket was lodged and still no response days later. This is now almost three weeks trying just to registaer and pay as a Developer. Shall I just keep loggin new cases daily or is there any chance of getting the account vetted and approved so I can submit my fully developed and compliant app onto the iStore?
