Unable to start Xcode after updating to 16.2.

When I updated to Xcode 16.2, I couldn't open it; every time I click to start, it crashes and exits, unable to enter Xcode as shown in the picture.

I see from your screenshot that your macOS version is 24A5289h, and this version is from the beta program before macOS Sequoia was released. You need to update to a released version of macOS Sequoia, or a much more recent beta, which is currently macOS 15.4 beta.

Which version of MacOS ?

You should try to reinstall, maybe from a different site.
