Subscription paid, no membership received.

Hey, I have the problem that Apple has withdrawn the money for my Apple Developer membership, but still tells me I have to pay it back.

I have already contacted Apple Support but after more than a week I still haven't received a response.

Could it be because I paid with Paypal?

I have the invoice with me.

I hope someone has an idea how to help me. Kind regards
