We have a few users of our app, published via the App Store, that when we push a new update, they are not automatically getting downloaded and updated on their phone. We had them check their settings app > App Store settings and they have all the following enabled/turned on:
- App Update (Automatically install new app updates)
- Cellular Data > Automatic Downloads
- Cellular Data > App Downloads > Always Allow
While these are turned on, the user complains it won't auto-update this one app (our app) and it works as expected for other apps on his phone.
Is there a special request or settings that we, the app owners, have to do? or something that the user is missing, so our app is included in the auto download and update routine?
