Has Anyone Experienced Payment Hold Due to Compliance Requirement

Hello everybody,

Has anyone encountered a situation where their payment has been on hold for several months due to compliance requirements, and how did you handle it?

Here’s the message I received from Apple:

"Hello,

Apple is required to comply with applicable laws. Our banking partner informed us that your payment is currently on hold due to a compliance requirement and needs additional information before releasing the payment.

Please reply to this email and provide the following information regarding XXX (bank account holder):

• Full legal name (including first, middle and last name) • Address • Date of birth • Place of birth • Citizenship • Country of permanent residency

If you have any concerns, contact us back at sanctions.info @apple.com or http://developer.apple.com/contact/

Thank you, Apple Inc.""

I’ve already provided the requested information, but I’m still waiting for the payment to be released. Does anyone know how to resolve this or what steps to take next?
