Unexpected Pending Termination Notice

Hi App Review Team and Community,

Just a few hours ago, we received a Pending Termination Notice for our app. This came as a complete surprise to us. We’ve built a strong and trustworthy service that has earned the confidence of over 30,000 users in just a month.

During this time, we've received over 290 ratings with an average score of 4.9.

We’ve never engaged in any suspicious or dishonest activity. Every new build submitted for review included all necessary legal documentation, and we’ve always done our best to stay fully compliant with Apple’s guidelines.

Although it’s only been a short time since receiving the notice, we’ve already submitted an appeal. We’ve reached out to this forum before, and the Apple Review Team was incredibly helpful. We’re truly grateful for that support, and we’re again hoping for your help, as we firmly believe this is a mistake.

This message is primarily directed to the Apple team. Please take another look at our case and help us restore our app on the App Store. We are confident in our product and the integrity of our operations.

We did notice some strange activity in our reviews over the past few days - odd comments appearing and disappearing - which may have triggered this notice. But we had nothing to do with that. Why would a well-rated app, averaging over 1,000 installs per day, need to manipulate anything?

We trust Apple to look into the situation fairly and thoroughly.
