Hi all,
We recently published an app called Myseum on the App Store. However, we've noticed that when users search for "Myseum", the term is automatically corrected to "Museum", and our app does not appear in the search results.
There is a button that appears below the search bar saying "Search for Myseum instead?", and tapping it brings up the correct search results — including our app.
Additionally, if users type "Myseum!" (or add any other special character), the app shows up in the results without the keyword being altered.
We have both "Myseum" and "Museum" as keywords (comma-separated) in App Store Connect.
We reached out to Apple Developer Support at https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/select, but were just advised to post here on the forums and submit feedback at apple.com/feedback.
We also want to start running ads on the App Store ASAP.
Is there anything we can do to prevent this keyword auto-correction, so that searching for "Myseum" shows the correct result directly?
