We wanted to upload an update for the app to the App Store, but we encountered an issue where it says: "Your app must be registered with App Store Connect before it can be uploaded."
Even though we have previously submitted updates without any issues, the only change this time is that we updated Xcode to version 16.2. We didn't receive any error messages indicating what the exact issue is.
