Help - Action needed: Provide banking details in App Store Connect

Hello,

I received the subject line email from the iTunes Store with this prompt in App Store Connect:

Additional information is required about the bank account associated with one or more of your agreements. Payments may be delayed until this is completed.

I cannot "submit" the request even after completing each step in App Store Connect.

Please advise on what may be the problem.

It depends what bank account information you have provided. Some info is probably missing, but impossible to tell from your post.

This was solved by the app admin submitting the info :)
