I lost my iphone 7plus and tracked it through ipad through find my iphone. The phone was switched on for 4hrs and i went to the location it showed me in find iphone. Where it took me was very shocking. It showed me a place where people dont even go that is plain fields and grasslands. If your feature worked properly i would have caught my phone. For 4 hrs it showed me the same location and after that somebody switched it off. I am living in USA and had been to a tour. You guys charged me 950$ for iphone 7plus and you guys dont even make location feature to work properly. if its not for your feature showing me wrong location i would have caught it. I even had a picture of it showing wrong location.

I suggest trying https://support.apple.com although I doubt apple cares at all.
