Guided Access Mode Issue

I have a very big problem with an kiosk app made for a client. The app runs in Guided Access and is displayed using an InVue stand.

The app must run 24h/24h in guided access. Every 2-3 days at least one tablet is found disabled.

The app has a custom browser as well.

We have removed even the passcode, because normally if from any reason the device is rebotting it should ge into guided access automatically.

We even tested force exit in guided access 3000 times. And crash from out of memory as well... Everything worked perfect.

So... I know the only way to disable the ipad (beside from locking from Find My Phone) is by entering the wrong password many times.

Do you know any other ways to disable an iPad?

Is it possible that when the clients browsing, some script from a site to trigger disable mode or to break Guided Access?

Can those stands trigger this... by a current fluctuation or some faulty component... or something?

Hope someone can help me because I have run out of ideas!!!

Thanks in advance!

Describe 'disabled'...

What type iPads are used? Are you gathering crash info via contributed analytics?

Is that one out of three always the same device? If so, do you resuscitate it alone, or reset all in the sample group? If alone, does it ever act out again? What is the process to regain the borked device?

I am curious if you ever found a solution or cause for the "Disabled iPad connect to iTunes" state?
We recently deployed iPads with Guided Access mode for a browser-based scheduler and a day or 2 later, the iPad is in the disabled state, like someone tried to enter the access code incorrectly multiple times.

At first we suspected curious clients trying to access the iPad, but is this really the case or is there some inherent flaw in Guided Access mode running 24/7 that causes the iPad to enter the disabled state?
