Can't find builds in TestFlight for external testing !

Hello,

I just uploaded my build on Itunes Connect via APPLICATION LOADER as I was getting a validation error (434) while uploading directly to AppStore via XCode. I am running XCode 8.2 on El Capitan.

After successful upload, I am not getting any build in the TestFlight tab for further testing by external testers. Also to mention, I have still not done any internal testing. Is it possible to make your build available for external testers without internal testing?

Please help me understand what am I missing to not get my builds available in Testflight for BetaTestt Review?

Can anyone help me in this case please? i have tried everything to get testflight access to my bulids but in vain. Thanks in advance.

Upload the build again. The fact that Xcode or Application Builder says the upload was successful doesn't necessarily mean the upload was really successful. I find that if the upload is really successful, Apple sends a confirmation email 20-30 minutes after the upload. If you didn't get a confirmation email from Apple, the upload probably wasn't successful. I've found that sometimes it can take several uploads for the upload to take and the build to be available on TestFlight.

One thing to keep in mind with TestFlight external testing is Apple has to review and approve your build before the build is available to external testers. This review is done by a person so it can take several days.
