Payment stuck in Balance Carried Forward

Anyone having trouble getting payment for April 2025? Normally the area that shows the payment date in the Payments and Financial Reports now says "Balance Carried Forward". After financial reports come out, it normally has the payment date. I'm waiting for a 6 figure payment (so it's definitely above the threshold), and I've never had trouble getting payments before. I've also checked all my agreements and banking info (a US bank), and everything is active and up to date. I haven't received any emails about this or any investigations.

I've contacted support but haven't heard back yet. Wondering if anyone is experiencing the same. I hope it's not just me.

Hi, same issue here. I received the March payment in early May as usual, but the April payment is marked as “Balance Carried Forward.” My bank, tax info, and agreements are all active.

Please post here if you hear anything — would really appreciate any updates.

I contacted them and received this email, but they are not explaining what is going on.
