Age Ratings error keeps on happening for one app only

Hi,

I am trying to update the age rating questions of one of our apps and I keep getting an error "An error has occurred. Try again later." The said error keeps happening despite "trying later". (see screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pckOGPTDFHAB4PKKBtiBL46DKZoEhsDr/view?usp=sharing)

I did the exact same process and answered the same way to 2 others app we have on the store, and it went through without any problem.

Any idea what is going wrong here? I contacted Apple developer support, as I believed this to be a technical issue on apple connect, but apparently I am supposed to post it here.
