Subscription Localization Review

My app has been approved and all of my subscriptions have been approved, but my subscription localization is still showinig Waiting for Review. Going on almost 2 days now since the subscriptions and app have been approved. I see no communication or anything on this. Is this seprate of those? How long does this take?
