Hello Apple Developer Community,

I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I am unable to verify my identity through the Apple Developer app. I have all the necessary documents, including:

National ID Card

PAN Card(virtual)

Driving Licsence (Virtual)

Citizenship Card

I am based in Nepal and I also have a valid credit card for payment. Despite this, my enrollment attempt has failed, and Apple Support has stated that they cannot verify my identity.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance from the community on how I can successfully verify my identity and complete my enrollment.

Hi! This has happened to me before when trying to sign up, and I had to withdraw my enrollment and try again and that has worked. If that isn't working then I'd recommend contacting dev support with questions. They should give you specific instructions on how to fix your problem, but they normally take like 3 days to respond.
