Hello, I uploaded my application to TestFlight via Expo (React Native), but I am unable to install it on iOS, nor can I submit it for external testing.

Hi, Were you able to solve this. I am also facing the same issue
(+1) I'm facing the same issue too. I created a ticket to Apple support but I'm waiting. Should it to be so hard guys, please make it easier.
Also experiencing the same issue uploading via Xcode to testflight
