Is Apple planning on releasing a kid friendly device?

Like "gizmopal" or "angelsense"? I think it would be good. As a parent I would like to get a real time gps tracker for my kids. A device that I can track, communicate with them and also be able to listen in if they don't pick up the call. I'm not a developer, I'm just a customer that would like to share a product idea. I think a lot of parents would invest on it if Apple would create it. Something that can be worn different ways, not only as a watch and that has the needed features for a small children device ( strong, somewhat water proof, user friendly, affordable price point). Apple watches are too fancy, big and expensive for little kids, also it would not last, since they are not careful. Please let me know if there are any plans of a device like that coming in the market soon. I trust apple products and I would prefer to rely on a good quality product, then buying some other brand, specially when gps tracking a child. Thanks!
