According to Accessory Design Guidelines iPadOS support HID trackpad. Is there a design example of such supported devices? I have tried to adapt device software to guidelines without any result on iPad.

I'm not sure what you mean. The Accessory Design Guidelines includes an example HID report descriptor as well as an example of an interaction and a corresponding command stream. Beyond that, there are many third party trackpads available, as well as our own products.
