Will RC be allowed to upload to App Store Connect?
I have tried a couple of times with 17A321 and I keep getting unsupported SDK or Xcode version.

I am having the same issue. This is my first time trying to reply an app for an unreleased version of iOS and I feel clueless!
I have the exact same problem. Using RC macOS, iOS and Xcode 26 and after archiving it won’t allow me to upload. Needs to be fixed ASAP because launch day is just in a few days and we need to submit our update to be available on day 1!
Same. I get "Unsupported SDK or Xcode version." using Version 26.0 (17A321).
Got it to work by distributing it to test flight and then pressing the distribute button again, but then choosing App Store.

Keep trying, after 3 hours mine was finally accepted. I did Validate beforehand the last time I tried, doubtful that it helped, but it did complete afterwards.
Seems fixed now
