Screenshots stuck in processing loop for an hour

What can I do to get out of the processing loop of our German screenshots for our Shack app? Been trying for more than an hour to get the screenshots through processing. English worked fine and DE is stuck.

1. used a different browser
2. deleted all screenshots and added again
3. renamed screenshots and added again
