please suggest me how i can publish my first phonegap app on apple store
*i have windows i do not have mac and i can afford it

First, you need to create a .p12 certificate for your iOs app, follow this tutorial: https://www.joshmorony.com/how-to-create-an-ios-provisioning-profile-and-p12-with-windows/
After you need to compile your app again in phonegap cloud, using your new .p12 certificate
To finish, you needs to package and send your .ipa file with this program: http://www.applicationloader.net/appuploader/download.php
