Looking at the contents of your bug report I can see that you included a movie. I think that's reasonable and it is a good way to explain your concern. I myself cannot say if this is a bug or if it is how the system software was designed to work. But, your bug has yet to be assigned to an engineering team for investigation. Once it has been investigated details should be added to your bug report.

Since this is happening inside of the system software I do not anticipate that it will affect any specific APIs. Nor do I expect it is affecting the operation of your app. I recommend checking the status of your bug report from time to time to see the resolution of this bug.
