I’m facing a persistent issue with my app’s store listing on App Store Connect.
Despite updating all the screenshots (store listing images) and submitting two new builds after the updates, the App Store still continues to display the old images when I search and open the app on both iPhone.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Replaced all the store listing images in App Store Connect.
Verified that the old screenshots are no longer present anywhere in App Store Connect.
Submitted and released two new builds with the updated images.
Waited several days to ensure cache propagation, but still no change.
It seems like some caching or metadata issue where the new images are not being refreshed on the live App Store page, even though they’re correctly updated on the backend.
Has anyone else faced this problem recently?
Any guidance or workaround to force refresh or re-sync the App Store listing visuals would be highly appreciated.
