My App does not support email and password sign-in. It only supports third-party login/federated authentication. This makes it hard to provide a test account for app review because of things such as 2FA on authentication providers such as Google, Apple, Microsoft etc. The app requires users to be given access to certain features. This means that when App Reviewers use their own emails they don't get full access to all features which is causing app review rejections. I just wanted to ask how people typically handle such situations? Is it better to set up a call with Apple?
