External testers have reached the limit, how to get rid of old testers?

My application has reached a testing quota of 10,000 testers, including those who have not participated for an extended period. Consequently, new testers are unable to join. I attempted to delete these testers by selecting the “Delete” button in the “Testers” section on the AppConnect page. However, their status only changed from “Installed” to “Deleted,” and they still count towards the quota. Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
