Posting forum reply causes an error, but the reply is posted anyway

I've tried several times to post a reply to a message, but I got an error message instead, telling me to try again in a few minutes. I just found out that it did post my replies, without telling me. So now there's many duplicates of the same reply, one for each of my attempts.

I'm using Firefox 144.0.2 (aarch64) on macOS 26.1 (25B78).

OK, so that’s the comment feature. You get there by clicking the Comment button under each post, as shown by the red rectangle here:

I recommend that you not do this, but instead reply as a reply. Scroll to the bottom of the thread and use the reply box, as shown by the green rectangle here:

Somehow similar issue occurred to me some time ago when trying to reply. Reply did not show, no error message but reply was registered. Leading to duplicate posts as I retried.

Were you trying to reply as a reply? Or reply in the comments?

There’s on ongoing issue with this for the comments (i. 098940414). Given my understanding of how this problem occurs, it wouldn’t surprise me if it also affected replies. However, I haven’t seen that personally, hence my question above.
