We are using an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account and need clarification regarding App Identifier creation permissions.
We assigned the Developer role to a team member, but they are not able to create a Bundle ID in the Developer portal. According to Apple documentation, App IDs must be created using Xcode 7 or later, however even with the latest Xcode version installed, the Developer role user is still blocked from creating identifiers.
Questions:
Does the Developer role have the ability to create App Identifiers in an Enterprise account?
If yes, is there a specific setting or additional step required to enable this capability?
If not, can this functionality be granted without assigning the user Admin or App Manager permissions?
We prefer not to elevate access unless necessary, so any official clarification or guidance would be appreciated.
