We've send an app for review with build 2.0.0(16). Not long after we've submitted it, we got the approval.
We had to make a couple of changes to the images and final details before the final release, so we've pulled the version, made the adjustments, kept the same build, and resubmitted it. Now we are stuck on "Waiting For Review" for a build the has already been approved before.
We are very close to our launch deadline at this point, so just wondering if there's anything we can do about it.
