Subscription not confirmed despite payment

I made my payment via mobile payment on November 9th. Although my payment appears in the subscriptions section, it still hasn't been confirmed. I emailed support, but haven't heard back for 2 days.

In my personal opinion, if you used a subscription on your Apple ID page, you'll see the subscription and you can revoke to get a full refund if you haven't received anything. However I would also recommend to check with the Apple Support Communities for better recommendations.
