Unknown error during Developer Program Enrollment

Was able to get this fixed. I dont know if the fix happened from their side, but i updated xcode and setup up payment iin apply wallet(dont know if this was even relevant to fix) and it works now

When I want to make a payment to register for the developer program, it does not accept any cards. Can you provide support on this issue?
