Can't Renew Membership

When I try to renew my Apple Developer Programme Membership, it just spins out on a page titled "Sign In for Faster Checkout".

When I check the javascript console, I can see a 541 error trying to POST some data to /uk/shop/signIn/idms/authx and an error trying to parse the response as JSON when the response is actually a "File Not Found" HTML page.

Anyone else getting this? I've got a couple of weeks before my certificates start expiring.
