Do you follow this process to fulfill whole processCN-app-store? Meanwhile, if you fill whole process by yourself, it might took longer than people who already in China mainland. First validation indeed took long time. Even for Chinese citizens all are the same. If you have any friends who can trust also live in China, you may ask him to help. Do not trust any online registration business, indeed they are legally to be third party registration. But to be honest, for anyone want to start business, first and most importantly skill is know how to corp with local government. Communication always can help to save money.
