I have already submitted the updated age rating options and even published a new version of the app after doing so. However, I still received an email with the subject “Final reminder: Answer the updated age ratings questions,” stating that the age rating options have not been submitted.
I checked the App Information section, and all the required age rating options are correctly selected.
Has anyone else received a similar email? Is there any additional action that needs to be taken?

It seems it is a general reminder that does not take into account whether or not your apps are already OK.
Same. The version of this email that I received started with, "We’re reaching out because you have not provided responses to the updated age ratings questions...", but doesn't cite a specific App ID. Just like the OP I've already filled out this questionnaire, and did a subsequent app release without issue back in October. The age rating section looks completed, so this email has caused some confusion. I've opened a dev support ticket to verify no action is required.
